Duties and responsibilities:
- Engage in analysis, design, development, support and documentation tasks relating to the delivery of SharePoint 2010 solutions to meet agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
- Provide systems support services to meet customer demand for the resolution of incidents, problems, service requests and business improvement initiatives.
- Provide accurate delivery estimates for work to be performed.
- Comply with appropriate policy and guidelines specified within department’s Project Management, Systems Development, Solutions Architecture and Service Management frameworks.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, software solutions, better practice methodologies and opportunities for business improvement as required.
- Provide technical advice and mentoring to other ISB staff and participate in skills transfer as required.
